“I squealed with delight! I can’t wait to be like Mummy with big boobs. They’re pretty.”
Sarah Burge is no stranger to the Mother of the Year competition – almost a veteran, really. Last year she made the finals for teaching her six-year-old how to pole dance. This year she’s made the short list once again with a brilliant example of motherly love: giving her daughter, Poppy, a boob job voucher for her SEVENTH birthday. This voucher set mum back R66 000.
Sarah and her daughter, Poppy.
But the birthday pampering did not stop there. Poppy and seven friends had manicures, pedicures and makeovers. They dressed up with fake tattoos, drank pretend champagne in the back of a pink pamper bus and ate a designer cake that cost three grand. Poppy wore a R3 500 dress for the party, adding nail varnish, eyeshadow and hair extensions.

Want more? The little princess also got a computer, a pink Swarovski crystal ring, necklace set and the promise of a spa break for her birthday.
What makes Sarah an even better mom is that she firmly believes in setting a good example. The 50-year-old mother – a self-confessed plastic surgery addict known as The Human Barbie – has to date spent nearly SIX MILLION RAND on her own surgical enhancements.
But before we forget about little Poppy, what did she have to say about her birthday voucher?
