The mere fact that cops have to put up with guys like this daily makes them pretty awesome in my opinion. This Russian dude is so drunk that he attempts to use his bare hand, and then his box of cigarettes as a telephone! I love how he eventually passes out on the shoulder of one of the policemen (check around 2:24). I do not even want to know what our local police force must deal with every week – especially after phuza Thursday!
