Apple Approves Sugar-Daddy App

Wow. Alright. Apple gave the the green light to a mobile app that promises to connect rich old dudes with young women. Sugar daddies with gold diggers. Seriously. They call themselves SugarSugar, “the world’s most effective and discreet place for finding Sugar Daddy and Sugar Baby relationships.”

Now most of the news sites are harping on about how this is weird given Steve Jobs’ generally prudish approach to sexy apps, and glossing over the fact that this basically amounts to prostitution via iPhone. I mean SugarSugar’s tagline is “Where Romance Meets Finance.” There are little dollar signs next to all the ‘Sugar Daddy’ profiles.

Congratulations guys, you’ve just invented the world’s newest profession.
