During my little spare time, I love nothing more than to cruise the inner bowls of the net for lovely lovely trash. And every now and and then I find a gem. And I would like to share this one with you good people. It’s what my favourite white-trash singer, KE$SHA, sounds like without the addition of Auto-tune.
Whilst I will admit that this version of “Your Love Is My Drug” is pretty cringe-worthy, I will also confess, as I often do with pop, that I don’t care.
I love KE$HA. She makes no pretense of wholesomeness, in fact her lyrics are down-right slut-worthy. Her voice is heavily auto-tuned, but the melodies are lovely.
If you say that you think she sucks, you are wrong. You secretly love her, are attracted to her and sing her lyrics while no one is looking.
