Remember Ari Kruger, the South African film maker whose piece, Focus, was a competition finalist at the largest short film festival in the world? He is back, and this time with a series of viral video clips for cinematic folk duo Ginsburg & Herman.

Ginsburg & Herman consists of Josh Ginsburg and Lance Herman. Herewith, a short bio:

Their music combines expansive soundscapes on the one hand, with articulate lyrical songwriting on the other; and their live performances are at once visually compelling and stylistically unique. Back to the viral clips. The first was called Squash, and involved a frustrating squash game for one of the band members. The second, Royale, sees the same band member lose out on a girl to the other band member. Bitch slapping ensues.
