Vietnamese police say nine friends died during a lunar New Year party after they started a car parked inside a house to play music, following an electricity outage. And because New Year parties are rather jolly affairs, none of the nine people breaking out a sweat on the dance floor thought to open a window. When the father of one of them was unable to wake them a day later, it was therefore not because of filthy hangovers, but because of carbon monoxide poisoning.  Read the full story here.
