If you’re planning a trip to Acapulco Mexico in the hopes of getting into the Mexican drug-trade, it’s best that you have a rethink; as it appears that the drug cartels in Mexico really are as horrifically and creatively violent as they are on TV.
Since Friday 31 people, including police officers have been horribly and interestingly killed. Drug violence is on the rise since factions of the Beltran Leyva cartel started beefin’ for territory after their great leader Arturo Beltran Leyva caught a bullet from Mexican marines in December 2009.
Of the 31 killings 14 have been left without their heads, but someone did kindly leave a note saying “El Chapo’s People”, referring to the Sinaloa cartel headed by Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, who still apparently has his head attached to his body…For the short to medium term.
