I know this is stating the obvious, but this is actually amongst teens. According to a new study that followed 600 students over three years, teens who engage in oral sex have a much higher chance of having intercourse while in high school compared to teens who refrain from oral sex.
It found that teens who have oral sex by the end of 9th grade have a 25% chance of having intercourse by the end of that school year and a 50% chance of having sex by the end of 11th grade. That’s pretty heavy, considering all my friends had definitely gone done some form of oral road before grade 9 (one guess which school we were at).
More generally, teens who have oral sex tend to have intercourse within six months. Read the full article here.
But I thought, just for interest sake, I would divulge a few other sex stats:
This one is for all you worried guys out there, the average size penis ranges from 13cm-18cm in length and 11cm-15cm in circumference. Get that tape measure out!
You want to know how many partners your girlfriend has had? Well apparently, the average woman has four sexual partners in her lifetime…so ask yourself, is your girlfriend average? Men have seven. Ya right!
This is to keep you safe; at least 50% of sexually active people will have a genital HPV infection at some point in their lives. So don’t be a fool, wrap up that tool!
And lastly, just in case you thought that the oldies don’t get it on, a study revealed that 75-80yr olds have sex at least twice a month. You might want to mention that to your wife when she says no for the third time this week.
So now you know.
