Ok I think we need to get the flags on the car mirrors, gang – at the very least. A word of caution – check the size before you buy them. I bought my first pair and they were too small. They will now be given to The Muse, whose MG has smaller mirrors than my Merc. It is important to mention the type of car, as this is where the difference between the two sizes comes in. If you have a Merc or another car with hefty side mirrors, then you should ask for the “4X4 mirror flags.”

In terms of the other flag products out there, I reckon you can go mental. During the World Cup, no-one is cool or uncool when it comes to this stuff. James “The Hand” Winter asked me today if mirror flags didn’t fall into the “Crocs” category. No, they most definitely do not!

Genocide and child rape, however, do.

Like this guy – he cannot be judged during the World Cup. In fact, this kind of behaviour is encouraged. And by “encouraged,” I mean “AWESOME!”

I must say, that’s a very clever ploy to hide your numberplate from speed trap cameras. Although I’m sure if they sent out an “APB” to find the car with all the flags, they wouldn’t take long!

Then we have the story of Craig Banks, who attacked his garage door with a few buckets of paint! Now THIS is taking things to the next level – which we condone.

James also told me that another family friend took about a day to get his kids excited to take a drive past the aforementioned garage door. Eventually the kids got excited and they went to check it out. Unfortunately our dear boy opened up a can of worms and the kids demanded he does the same to their garage door! Guess who will be painting his garage door this coming weekend?
