We spot some awesome individuals driving around in Cape Town and some of my favourites are those who populate the back shelves of their cars with fluffy toys. Some of them have a couple stuffed animals, whilst others are prone to entertaining all seven dwarves. Then the more hard core have literally an entire population of stuffed toys, squeezing onto that back shelf. A lot of dust has usually formed and one can only imagine the smell.
But then here is a very different scenario, in the form of one incredibly massive stuffed toy. This was sent in by Ian, who gave his account of this incredible sighting.
On the corner of Adderley and Strand, by the looks of things
Hey Seth,
So I thought I should share this experience:
On my way home last night (on the corner of Adderly and Strand) I
stopped behind this toyota tazz with dropped suspension, 20inch mags and
a white tiger (no, seriously) in the back window and thought, “I wonder
where this driver comes from?”. But then luckily he had this number
plate to help me out.Cheers,
Ian
Wow – absolutely stunning!
Certainly one cannot judge if one has never tried, but I do wonder what I would get out of that. I wonder if there are any benefits. There must be!
Maybe it’s a security issue?
Do you get less people coming up to your window selling you things?
