I’ll be hanging with Bob Skinstad (also known as The Character Formerly Known As The Loose Forward) during his 8am-9am Saturday morning slot on KFM (94.5fm). That’s tomorrow morning, for those of you who are still slightly sleepy.

We go way back, Bob and I, and the banter is bound to get you going as we pretend to be serious and discuss important topics like cycling, phone calls, social media and whether Bob trims or not.
