Quite happy to have their two cents featured in the comments section of the “defamatory” articles we wrote, Darnell International have involved their lawyers and are now demanding that the articles (here and here) be taken down.
Here is the letter from Darnell’s lawyers:
The fact that it is number 1 in Google for the search phrase “darnell internationall scam” and “darnell international fraud” is obviously annoying for the complainant, but what Google does with our articles (here and here) has nothing to do with us. We publish things we feel are newsworthy and give you (the 2oceansvibers and Darnell International alike) the opportunity to respond.
Which they did.
If there really are so many lies and untruths in the comments section of the articles (here and here) then why not address each one right there in the comments section under the offending articles (here and here)?
