For those of you who don’t know, 1800° is the premier grill room located at my primary residence, the prestigious Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Residence in the heart of Cape Town’s trendy Green Point.

Doesn’t mess around when it comes to steaks
They offer a range of succulent signature steaks, delectable meat dishes and shellfish. Their grill prepares the meat at a temperature of 1800° Fahrenheit (hence the name). The result is moist, tender, melt-in-your-mouth steak, accompanied by a wide variety of mouth-watering sauces from around the world.
Sound good? Ja well this will sound pretty good as well.

I chow at 1800 a helluva lot, and assure you this is NOT to be missed! A meal like that with a little starter and glass of premium red thrown in should be going for nearly twice that price.
