It’s hard to ignore the biggest news going around the world at the moment. The news that Tiger Woods may well be receiving treatment for sex addiction at the uber-exclusive addiction treatment rehab clinic in Cape Town, Montrose Place.
Montrose Place has been in the headlines a number of times over the years, which included not only speculation that Lindsay Lohan was there at one time, but also the infamous Lord Laidlaw and his supposed sex addiction treatment. Now, given that this is the very same luxury drug addiction treatment clinic that Tiger Woods is apparently at, it kind of makes sense. I mean, let’s face it, he is showing similar symptoms, right? Banging everything in your path and falling prey to Viagra/Tiagra jokes may well require “sex addiction” treatment.
With not only Mail & Guardian and iafrica and News24 and Heat and Beeld and Sports Illustrated and The Citizen pointing fingers, but also The Sun UK following through with those very same allegations, one cannot help but remark, “where there’s smoke, there has simply GOT to be fire!”
The Sun Breaks Tiger Woods Story in the UK
The only problem with following through with a story about this is the unfortunate extreme professionalism of the Bishopscourt addiction clinic, Montrose Place, and,, more to the point, their extreme levels of confidentiality. It is still not known for sure if Lindsay Lohan did indeed spend a month there and, whether Tiger Woods really is there or not.
Well, you can decide for yourself.
Phat Joe, Paul Snodgrass and the gang at Cape Town’s Heart 104.9FM radio station took it upon themselves to call the upmarket rehab facility and ask them first hand as to whether or not the world’s biggest story was, in fact, dwelling here in Cape Town.
2oceansvibe got the exclusive rights to publish the recording.
Here it is. Let it load and press play:
Jesus, that’s big.
I don’t know..
Play it again – listen to the guy’s voice.
I’ve listened to it 16 times.
I’ll be honest, I tend to agree with the Heart FM guys..
