I’ve had a stunning Summer’s day today. Popped into Yacht Squadron at the Waterfront (we are now calling this the “backfire” – a new word, by G-Man) to get my current Sebago shoes size as Mother Dearest is currently in the States and insists on buying me a pair. I don’t have a problem with that.
I (with help from The Muse) chose this shape from the Sebago website and the Yacht Squadron store has confirmed I’m a UK8 (US8.5). This is one I’m going for – it’s called the “Limerock.”
The Sebago “Limerock”
I’m FINE with that..
From there I cruised up Kloof street and, the 2oceansvibers out there following my tweets will tell you that I grabbed a smoothie at Buzz – very cool (the place, and the smoothie). Can’t remember which one it was, but it had banana in it and is on the left of the menu, above the breakfast smoothie. Try it.
My nose was pointed towards The Safe House after that, but I took a detour to Camps Bay beach to indulge in a gentle stroll – so as to get some pics for you. Because I’m thinking about you all the time.
You know that, right? I dream of you, CONSTANTLY.
Look at this very kak shot of Camps Bay right now. Click it :
Click that for a hi-res version, my boyshay
I took a few others, in and around the beach, include a shot of these two African characters, who were pouring sand all over themselves! You must check them out.
“Take a photo of me,” the guy asked.
“No problem!” I said.
*click* – I took the photo.
I very much doubt he knew you would be looking at him, not 20 minutes later.
Check out the pics, on and off the beach, including from The Safe House.
