Neighbourhood & Olmeca Edición Black Tequila are proud to present Cape Towns second Official ROCK PAPER SCISSORS TOURNAMENT!
This time round the stakes are higher. There’s a R1500 grand prizes, bonus prizes & huge bragging rights up for grabs.
Once again, Paul Snodgrass will be on the mic commentating on the nights proceedings & cameras will insure that not a moment of the action is missed.
Last time round Gotti was crowned the champion after narrowly defeating Ricci in the finals. Since then, Gotti has gone on to do commercials, have his face featured on a cereal box and is in talks to do a motion picture based on his victory.
Sound good? Well here’s how its gonna work…
– Entry is limited to 48 contestants who will be divided randomly in to 8 groups.
– Players will then compete against the other people in their group in a round robin.
– The winner & second place of each group will advance to the final 16.
– The final 16 will play in an elimination play off until ony 2 remain.
– 1 player will be crowned el campeón!How to enter..
– Entry is available at Neighbourhood, 163 Long Street, and costs R30 (Neighbourhood is open Mon-Fri from 4pm & Sat from 2pm)
– Entry is on a first come first serve basis so book your spot soon to avoid disappointment.
– Entry & registration closes at 7:30pm on the night of the competition.
– Players who have booked their spot still need to register (get a name tag & put into a group) by 7:30pm. Those who aren’t will forfeit their spot.
– The competition will commence at 8pm after a brief introduction about the rules of play.For those who werent there or didnt hear about our last event, take our word, it was kick ass!
The night guarantees to be as much fun for those spectating as it is for those participating. We look forward to seeing you there!
