I think it’s absolutely fine to laugh your head off at someone, whilst still feeling sorry for them.

I’m talking, of course, about the ridiculously over-the-top main sports headline (here) on CNN’s website last night.

Although, at the same time, it is quite nice of them not to mention it in more detail. ie. the article mentioned he is actually suffering from “genital viral warts.” So he probably got off lightly with that headline, I guess..

either way, CNN are clearly reading from the same hymn sheet as the US government with regards to (sanctioned) unprovoked attacks on all things Pakistan!

Not that our own press have altogether ignored the memo, with this far more tame, yet equally stunning iafrica front page headline (story here).
