It’s the Lizzard Nando’s Surf Pro held at Durban’s North Beach 15-17 May, and I’m not able to go. That means that YOU might be able to get your hands on my two VIP tickets.
We cannot confirm if Julius Malema will be competing or attending the event, but Nando’s will definitely be there.
The VIP tickets that I was meant to use include:
– 2 X VIP tickets
– A Lizzard clothing hamper (they don’t skimp on these, believe me).
– You, chilling and hanging out on the VIP deck drinking beer and eating Nandos while watching top surfing all day long.
TO WIN THE TICKETS
Email editor@2oceansvibe.com and tell us the name of Michelle G’s favourite surfer that she mentioned in the first 2oceansvibe Weather Girls video. You need to find the video first and then watch it. It will probably be on the 2oceansvibe Weather Girls page, at the bottom.
So send us the surfer’s name, as well as your shirt / waist sizes and cell phone number. PLUS a one liner that makes us laugh.
Please note that only 2oceansvibe Newsletter subscribers are eligible to win. So if you’re not on the 2oceansvibe mailing list – do that first (click SUBSCRIBE TO THE VIBE at the top of the left hand menu).
Competition closes on Wednesday.
The winner will be one with the correct answer and the best one-liner. It will not be audited by Alexander Forbes.
Surfing contest is from 15-17 May. I suggest you go, whether you win or not. Although this wil be surfing’s version of a box at Newlands or an exclusive tent at The Queen’s Plate – that sort of vibe.
You’ll like it. I must say, I wish I was going, but instead I’ll be judging an Idols singing competition at Cafe Roux in Noordhoek on the 16th!
