As promised on the night of the SA Blog Awards 2009, I would like to give all the SA Blog Awards nominees the opportunity to order some droolicious Butlers Pizza on my personal account.
I didn’t quite get the go ahead from Cape Town’s #1 pizza before I told you about the gift, but I’m happy to report that they have given it the double thumbs up! That’s how cool butlers Pizza are, keeping in mind there were 166 blogs nominated!
It’s just my way of saying thanks to everyone for being involved and giving SA blogging the effort it deserves! [blushing, emotional]
But I went a little bit further and insisted on TWO medium pizzas, with 4 toppings each. So that’s 332 pizzas! Pretty fucking cool, hey?
In the words of The Pointer Sisters:
I’m so excited and I just can’t hide it
I’m about to lose control and I think I like it
I’m so excited and I just can’t hide it
And I know, I know, I know, I know
I know I want you
TO CLAIM YOUR PIZZAS :
Call your local Butlers branch (menus and numbers to call can be found on the Butlers Pizza website www.butlers.co.za) and tell them you would like to order on Seth’s 2oceansvibe account. Then give them the name of your blog, as well as the exact email address you used to register your blog for the awards (for security purposes).
And that’s that! Those of you who order from Butlers will know how radically radical the pizzas are already, but those who haven’t ordered before…well..just you wait for the explosion!
* Now, although Butlers have been known to drive to Hermanus (at a fee!)from time to time, blogs in other cities will be able to donate their pizzas to friends or readers of their blog in Cape Town, provided they email editor@2oceansvibe.com to let us know.
Enjoy it and thanks again to the SA Blog Awards organisers, Chevelle, sponsors and nominees.
And finally, a MASSIVE thank you goes out to Butlers Pizza for being such great contributors and sponsors of 2oceansvibe and the SA blogging world as a whole.
