While the nation waits for confirmation that Ron Jeremy will be playing Joost van der Westhuizen in Human Factor, the Clint Eastwood directed biopic, based around the 1995 World Cup, starring Matt Damon (as Francois “”Please, all me Franki” Pienaar) and Morgan Freeman (as Nelson Mandela); we have some other, possibly more important news.

We can confirm that our very own 2oceansvibe character, The Adventurer (AKA Pieface, AKA Ryan Scott) will be playing the role of ex-Springbok centre, Brendan Venter in the movie!

I know!

Well done to The Adventurer on being part of the 1995 World Cup winning side!

With my pace and agility, coupled with my legend as “C-TAP” (Coming Through At Pace), they were seriously considering me for the role of Chester Williams, but apparently there’s a problem because I’m WHITE!

What a shame, to have a movie about transformation, and then to let RACE get in the way of choosing the perfect person for the role.

So sad.
